Croatian-Swiss Research Programme (CSRP)

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To contribute to the knowledge-based Croatian economy and to strengthen the cooperation between Croatia and Switzerland in the area of scientific research through transfer of know-how, skills and technology.

PROJECT PURPOSE: To increase competitiveness of Croatian researchers and research institutes, to integrate Croatian researchers into international research networks, to improve capacities of Croatian Science Foundation (CSF) in the field of managing international projects.

WHAT SHOULD BE ACHIEVED WITH THE PROJECT:

Through the realization of the CSRP will be provided 10-12 grants for joint research projects up to 400.000 CHF with maximal duration of 3 years.

FINANCIAL VALUE OF THE PROJECT:

Total value = 4.670.000 CHF

Swiss contribution = 4.000.000 CHF (85,7 %)

National co-financing of the Republic of Croatia  =  670.000 CHF (14,3%)

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR FINANCING:

Public universities, research institutes

PROJECT DURATION:   2017 – 2023

scientists researchers; public institutions in which scientific research activities are conducted
