Through the project,<\/b> vocational curricula for the professions of chimney sweep, glassmaker, beautician, hairdresser, letter painter and intermedia photographer have been improved in order to better reflect the needs of the labor market and 11 vocational schools have been equipped. Cooperation and partnership with employers as active partners involved in the work-based learning process through their mentors has also been strengthened. <\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

OBJECTIVE: <\/strong>Modernization of vocational education and training programs for crafts in order to create better conditions for students and acquire competencies that will meet the needs of the labour market and contribute to their better employability.<\/p>

RESULTS: <\/strong>The project improved vocational curricula for the occupations of chimney sweeper, glazier, beautician, hairdresser, painter- decorator, intermedia photographer in order to better reflect the needs of the labour market, and 13 vocational schools were equipped. The capacities of vocational education and training service providers (schools and employers) were improved for designing, providing and continuously improving the work-based learning. Cooperation and partnerships were strengthened with employers as active partners who are involved in the process of work-based learning through their mentors. This will provide students with better preparation for future work with employers, and employers the opportunity to ensure a quality employee ready for everyday work challenges with less investment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
